Skills Training
While technical competence is of the utmost importance, Catlin
recognise that soft skills are also central to achieving business
objectives and personal development. The Training Department is
responsive to business needs and demands, and conducts sessions on
topics such as presentation skills, time management and negotiation
skills. This skill-based training is designed to assist staff to
become even more effective in their day to day activities and to
ensure they develop a wide breadth of skills and competences.
