Technical Training
To ensure all staff achieve and maintain the required level of competence, Catlin employees are encouraged, where appropriate, to attend a variety of technical training events to meet both personal and business needs including internal seminars, external training courses and industry conferences.A considerable amount of training activity is undertaken in-house to ensure the relevance of the training content, and we are proud of our internal initiatives that include a comprehensive range of tailored tutorials and presentations. We place great emphasis on ensuring training is timely and relevant and, as a result, training is often carried out ‘on-the-job’.
