Catlin Group Limited is committed to high standards of corporate governance. As a Bermuda incorported company, the Catlin Group is governed through a set of bye-laws as well as through provisions of the Bermuda Companies Act.
As it is incorporated in Bermuda, the Catlin Group is not bound by the UK Combined Code. However, the Group intends to comply voluntarily with the Combined Code wherever possible given its bye-laws.
