Catlin are a recognised market lead for Personal Accident, focusing on typical Lloyd’s business such as high net worth individuals, capacity placements & insured’s working in hazardous occupations. The book is predominantly sourced via binding authorities and facultative direct and reinsurance placements written almost exclusively at Lloyd’s. The current approximate split is: Binding Authority (52%); Facultative (40%) & Lineslip (8%). We also write some income via the Singapore office.
